CoHouse is underway repurposing large houses in some great neighbourhoods so they work for City Makers and London. Our aim is to be able to offer 10 houses by 2023 and then a further 50 by 2025/6, so watch this space to find out about these homes (sign up to our newsletter if you’d like to receive updates).
All CoHouses are designed, built and managed according to the following CoHouse Ethos:

- Safe and secure
- Loads of communal space
- Serious, well equipped, kitchens (for serious cooking and eating)
- Accessible
- Contributing to net zero targets
- Immersed in one of London’s amazing neighbourhoods (no gates, not out by the M25)
- Designed by young, exciting architects (who could also live in one)
- Bicycle storage.
