Our diverse network of CoHouse Partners all face the challenges and barriers created by the way the private rented sector currently operates.

Who are the partners?

This network includes employers, trade bodies, educational institutions and organisations overcoming entrenched inequalities, who witness first-hand what a dysfunctional rental market means for London – filling jobs, retaining staff, achieving diversity or enriching the capital’s culture.

Working for the common interest

CoHouse provides these partners with an opportunity to achieve their goals, while ensuring we maximise the social value of our properties. The value of enabling more City Makers from more diverse backgrounds to be part of London’s future is, in turn, felt across the city.

Become a CoHouse partner

We are always looking for new CoHouse Partners. If your organisation works with City Makers or if you know of an organisation you think should be part of this movement for change, please get in touch.

Would the people your organisation works with or represents, benefit from high quality, affordable rented homes? If so find out more about becoming a CoHouse Partner. Fill in the form and we will be in touch very soon:
